(1) Chapter: Water - Babi Na Farko Shine Hukuncin Ruwa Mai Tsarki

Hadith 13

وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ أُحِلَّتْ لَنَا مَيْتَتَانِ وَدَمَانِ, فَأَمَّا الْمَيْتَتَانِ: فَالْجَرَادُ وَالْحُوتُ, وَأَمَّا الدَّمَانُ: فَالطِّحَالُ وَالْكَبِدُ } أَخْرَجَهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ, وَفِيهِ ضَعْفٌ 1‏ .‏

‏1 ‏- رواه أحمد (2/97)‏، وابن ماجه (3314)‏، وسنده ضعيف كما أشار إلى ذلك الحافظ.‏ ولكنه يصح عن ابن عمر موقوفا، والموقوف له حكم الرفع كما قاله البيهقي رحمه الله.‏

English

Narrated Ibn 'Umar:

Narrated Ibn 'Umar (rad): Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Two types of dead animals and two types of bloods have been made lawful for us, the two types of dead animals are locusts and fish (seafood), while the two types of bloods are the liver and the spleen". [Reported by Ahmad and Ibn Majah, and this Hadith has some weakness.]

Hausa

An karɓo daga ɗan Umar Allah Ya yarda da shi, ya ce: Manzon Allah (S.A.W) ya ce: An halatta mana matattu biyu, da jinni iri biyu. amma kuma matattu biyu, sune fara, da kuma kifi, da kuma jini biyu, sune hanta, da kuma ƙoda‛. Ahmd ne da ɗan Majah suka ruwaito shi‛. Amma a cikin hadisin akwai rauni‛. (Hadisin Albani ne ya Inganta shi)‛.
